Course Description:
The processes and terminology of part design are explained in this course. The Part
Design Workbench, its Tool Bars and dialog boxes are laid out. Modeling methods are
demonstrated and practiced. Profiles generated in the Sketcher Workbench are used to
create "pads" and "pockets". Sketch-based and Dress-up features are used to develop
part details.
Upon completion of this course the student will be able to create basic part models with
a multitude of features.
